Donuts
Preheat your oven to 160C/320F.
Place all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
Grease your donut tin with butter and spoon or pipe the batter evenly between 8 holes.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The donuts are cooked when they spring back when touched.
Turn out and leave to cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
Glaze
Mix together the icing mix and butter, slowly add the hot water until the mixture is of pouring consistency.
Spoon the glaze over the cooled donuts, sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Enjoy immediately or leave to set for 5-10 minutes.
