Raw Cauliflower Rice

Instructions
Place a saucepan over high heat, add the butter and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add the cauliflower rice and saute for another 2 minutes before adding the salt, pepper, corn flavoring and cream.
Bring to a simmer then add the almond milk.
Simmer for 5-8 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
Stir through the cheddar and remove from the heat.
Serve warm topped with extra cheddar cheese and chopped parsley, if desired.
