Instructions
Add the ingredients, except the chocolate and whipped cream, to a saucepan. Whisk well.
11 ounces Unsweetened Almond Milk,
11 ounces Heavy Cream,
6 Egg Yolks,
⅓ cup Swerve,
2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence
Place over low heat and continuously stir for about 15 minutes, until the mixture has thickened slightly and looks velvety.
Add the chocolate and mix well, until all the chocolate has melted and thoroughly combined. You can use an immersion blender to make this step easier.
8 ounces Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Pour the mixture into 8 serving dishes.
Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
Top with Keto Whipped Cream and a little grated Sugar-Free Chocolate before serving.
