Crispy Roasted Cauliflower with Cheese
This crunchy Keto Roasted Cauliflower is a great side dish or snack. It’s loaded with cheesy, garlicky flavors and will be gobbled up before you know it.

Ingredients

Cauliflower
1 large head

Olive Oil

teaspoon
Salt

Pepper
cracked

Garlic Powder

Parmesan Cheese
finely shredded
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 220C/425F.
Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
2 pounds Cauliflower
Add the oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
¼ cup Olive Oil,
1 teaspoon Salt,
½ teaspoon Pepper,
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
Place on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 minutes, then turn the cauliflower over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
2 ounces Parmesan Cheese
Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
