Cut the cabbage in half, through the stalk, then each half into 4 wedges, keeping part of the stalk in each wedge.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place 2 slices of bacon on your cutting board, brush both sides of a wedge of cabbage with the butter mixture, then wrap in the bacon. You may need to secure the bacon with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining cabbage wedges.
Place the bacon wrapped cabbage on a cookie sheet and brush with any remaining butter mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve immediately (don’t forget to remove any toothpicks).
