Keto Vanilla Latte Recipe - "Hot & Creamy" - Delicious Fat Burning Energy Drink

A Smooth and Creamy Vanilla Latte with a "Kick". We load this Latte with MCT oil powder and Coffee shots to Stoke your Metabolism into Fat Burning mode. The fat in the cream will keep you going for hours.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place a saucepan over low heat
  • Add one cup of unsweetened Almond Milk 
  • Add four shots of Espresso Coffee (or instant if that's all you have)
  • Add four tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • Add two teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
  • Add two teaspoons of Swerve
  • Stir the ingredients and then bend with a stick blender being careful not to spray the ingredients (pulse maybe better depending on your stick blender) until the MCT powder has been blended through. Leave to stay hot, do not boil
  • In a separate saucepan add half of a glass of Almond Milk
  • Add two tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • Add two teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
  • Add two teaspoons of Swerve
  • Blend the contents with a stick blender until frothy
  • Take the hot ingredients from the first saucepan and divide between two glasses or coffee mugs (they should be 3/4 full)
  • Top both mugs with the creamy froth
  • Garnish with sugar-free chocolate powder
  • Serve and Drink!
