Ingredients

unsweetened macadamia milk

heavy cream
3.5
ounces
lindt 90% cocoa chocolate
broken up
1/3
cup
swerve

teaspoon
vanilla essence

scoops
MCT powder

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Stir gently.
3 cups unsweetened macadamia milk,
1 cup heavy cream,
3.5 ounces lindt 90% cocoa chocolate,
1/3 cup swerve,
1 teaspoon vanilla essence,
2 scoops MCT powder
Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the chocolate from sticking in the edges of the saucepan.
After cooking, stir well before pouring into glasses and serving.
Optional: top with whipped heavy cream and chocolate shavings.
