  • Halve and remove the meat from one Avocado
  • Pre crush your walnuts if you do not have a powerful blender
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker
  • Blend until smooth 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on your blender
  • Pour into a tall glass or milkshake container
  • Serve
