Broccoli
2 medium heads

Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to the boil.
Cut the broccoli into evenly sized florets.
1 pound Broccoli
Gently add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
1/2 teaspoon Salt,
1 ounce Butter,
3 ounces Sour Cream,
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Drain the broccoli and return it to the warm pot, add the butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Blend the broccoli with a stick blender until there are no lumps.
Stir through the chives and adjust the seasoning.
