Instructions
Sauce
In a mixing bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and whisk together. Set aside.
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil,
1/4 cup Tamari Sauce,
2-4 tablespoons Erythritol,
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
Stir Fry
Place a large non-stick frying pan or wok over high heat.
Add the sesame oil, garlic, chili and onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
2 cloves Garlic,
1-2 small Red Chili,
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil,
1 small Onion
Add the ground beef and stir fry until browned.
1 pound Ground Beef
Pour over the sauce and simmer until it has reduced and thickened, coating the ground beef.
Remove from the heat and mix through the scallions and sesame seeds.
1/4 cup Scallions,
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Serve immediately with a side of Cauliflower Rice.
