Instructions
Place the contents of the jello sachet into a heatproof jug, add the boiling water and stir until the jello has dissolved.
Set aside and allow to cool until it is lukewarm to room temperature and still liquid.
Place the cream into a large mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer with whisk attachment. Once the cream looks frothy, add the cooled jello.
Whip for around 3-5 minutes until thick and fluffy.
Spoon the mixture into 4 martini glasses, or serving bowls, and place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
Before serving, top each dessert with whipped cream and a strawberry slice, then enjoy!
