What makes this pork belly stir fry special is that we use tamari sauce in place of soy sauce. Tamari is thicker than soy sauce and contains no gluten; it is also lower carb, making it healthier.
Add the sesame oil and pork belly. Saute, stirring often, until the pork is starting to get brown and crispy.
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil, 5.5 ounces Pork Belly
Add the garlic powder and pepper, mix well before adding the broccolini.
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ¼ teaspoon White Pepper, 6 stalks Broccolini
Saute for 2-3 minutes before adding the tamari sauce, followed by the bok choy. Cook until the bok choy has softened, about 2-3 minutes.
¼ cup Tamari Sauce, 1 bunch Bok Choy
Split the stir fry between two bowls and garnish with sesame seeds!

Notes
Tamari is available at most grocery stores, but you can replace tamari with soy sauce if necessary just be aware that soy sauce is higher in cabs and is not gluten-free.
