Instructions
Place a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
Add the sesame oil and once hot, add the garlic and ginger.
Saute for 1 minute, then add the peppers.
Saute for another minute, then add the cabbage and cook for another minute.
Add the zucchini and mix well.
Add the ground beef and saute for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through.
Pour over the tamari sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for another minute before removing from the heat.
Serve immediately, with a side of cauliflower rice, if desired.
