Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix well.
Pour into a ziplock bag, smooth out until the mixture is spread evenly.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes until the mixture is partially frozen.
Cut the corner off the ziplock bag and squeeze the mixture into 2 dishes.
Enjoy as is, or top with your favorite toppings.
