Brie

Walnuts
roughly chopped

Fresh Thyme

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 175C/340F.
Place the brie onto a lined cookie sheet.
1 8oz wheel Brie
In a small bowl, mix together the walnuts, thyme, and salt.
1 ounce Walnuts,
1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme,
Pinch Salt
Spoon the nut mixture over the brie and drizzle over half the maple syrup.
2 tablespoons Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the brie is soft and melty.
Gently lift the brie onto a serving plate and drizzle over the remaining maple.
Serve with Keto Seeded Crackers or toasted Keto Focaccia Bread.
