Our Keto Seeded Crackers are crispy, crunchy and great for snacking. These crackers are vegan-friendly, nut-free and gluten-free.

Sunflower Seeds

Tamari Sauce

Water
Instructions
Place all the seeds into a mixing bowl and mix well.
Add the tamari sauce and water and mix well. Leave to sit for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 180C/355F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon the mixture onto the cookie sheet and spread evenly to the edges.
Bake for 30 minutes. If you want square crackers, remove from the oven and cut into squares.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes until firm and crisp when pressed in the center.
Leave to cool completely before breaking up into crackers.
