Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 160C/320F.
  • Place all the base ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Press into the base and up the sides of a 9in deep pie dish.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the almond flour and sukrin gold. Mix well.
  • Add the butter and eggs and mix well.
  • Stir through the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 55-65 minutes, there should still be a slight jiggle in the center.
  • Remove from the oven and cool for 20 minutes.
  • Serve warm or chill and serve cold.
