Keto Dinner Rolls - Easy Gluten Free Soft Buns
These simple Keto Dinner Rolls are great to make mini burgers or breakfast muffins! They’re soft, buttery and delicious.

Preheat the oven to 200C/390F. Grease 6 holes of a square muffin tin.
In a large bowl, add the almond flour, baking powder and salt. Mix together.
Add the sour cream, butter and eggs and mix to a thick batter.
Spoon the batter evenly between the 6 holes.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the buns spring back when touched.
Leave to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
