These keto cheese chips are an easy and tasty snack full of flavor and crispy crunch, ready to eat in just over 5 minutes.

Ingredients

– Three slices of Cheddar Cheese – Optional one pinch of paprika or your favorite seasoning

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F. 2. Cut the cheese slices into quarters and layer them on a lined cookie tray. Ensure they have plenty of space as they will spread. 3. (optional) Sprinkle the cheese slices with your favorite seasoning (we used paprika).

4. Bake in the oven for 6 minutes until golden and crispy. 5. Lay on a paper towel for 2 minutes to cool and soak up excess oil. Enjoy on their own or smothered with dip..
