Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan and melt over low heat. Once the ingredients have melted, remove from the heat and whisk until combined (the coconut oil will split to start with so just keep whisking and it will eventually come together).
Pour the mixture into silicone molds and freeze for 1-2 hours, until frozen solid. Our molds hold approximately 1 tablespoon per serve.
Remove the fat bombs from the molds and enjoy!
