Instructions
Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat.
Add the oil, ground beef, salt and pepper.
Saute, while stirring to break up the meat, until all the meat is browned. This can take about 10 minutes, depending on how powerful your cooktop is.
Once cooked, remove from the heat and evenly spoon into 8 containers.
Leave to cool for about 10 minutes before storing in your fridge or freezer.
