Ingredients
10Jalapeno Peppers
8ouncesCream Cheesesoftened
½cupCheddar Cheeseshredded
2Scallionsthinly sliced
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonWhite Pepperground
6slicesBaconcooked and crumbled
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200C/390F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Slice the jalapenos in half lengthways and remove the seeds and membrane. Place them cut side up on the prepared pan.
Add the cream cheese, cheddar, scallion, salt, pepper and half the bacon to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Spoon the cheese mixture into the jalapenos then sprinkle over the remaining bacon.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the peppers have softened.
Serve hot.
