Our Keto Wedge Salad is loaded with bacon, boiled eggs and slathered in blue cheese dressing! It’s a winning side dish for dinner, or a full meal for lunch!
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, half the blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together, add the water to thin out the dressing, if desired.
Place the lettuce wedges onto a serving platter and drizzle over the dressing.
Top the wedges with the remaining blue cheese, bacon, eggs and chives.
