In a bowl, add the butter, cream cheese, and coconut oil. Beat with your hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
Add the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence. Beat together until mixed well.
Add the chocolate chips and stir through.
Chill the mixture for 1 hour, or until firm.
Using a small cookie scoop to make tablespoon-sized balls and place onto a lined cookie sheet. You can leave the balls like this or roll by hand into rounded shapes.
Chill the balls for another 30 minutes before storing in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
