Instructions
Line a 9in square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the cream cheese and unsalted butter into a mixing bowl and combine using a hand mixer on low speed.
Add the sukrin melis and essences and mix of low speed to combine.
Add the spices and mix on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Spoon the fudge mixture into the prepared tin and smooth out. Using the back of a spoon that has been dipped in hot water works perfectly.
Sprinkle a little nutmeg and cinnamon over the surface of the fudge, cover and place into the fridge for at least 4 hours.
After the fudge is set, remove from the dish and cut into 24 evenly sized pieces.
Enjoy immediately or keep in an airtight container in the fridge to prevent it from melting.
