These delicious Parmesan Pork Chops are tender and moist with a crunchy cheese coating. It’s a quick recipe that will have dinner on the table in 20 minutes!
Mix together the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the pork chops and press into the meat.
Add the egg to a small bowl and whisk well.
Place the parmesan onto a tray or plate.
Dip each pork chop into the egg, then press into the parmesan cheese, coating both sides.
Place a non stick frying pan over medium high heat, add the oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops. Cook for at least 5 minutes, before gently lifting to check - you are looking for a golden brown crust with the cheese completely sticking to the pork.
Gently flip the chops over and again cook for at least 5 minutes before checking for the golden brown crust.
