Place the dry ingredients, MCT Powder, Cacao Powder and Erythritol (coffee too if using instant) into a large glass and mix together to avoid the MCT powder clumping
Once blended add one cup of boiling water to a larger glass or a saucepan

Divide between two glasses or coffee mugs
