Keto Broccoli Mash

Have you thought about eating more broccoli, not only is it nutrient dense and low carb, but you can use it in many ways. Our Low Carb Ketogenic Broccoli Mash is buttery and smooth and doesn't soak up as much water in the cooking process as the favored Cauliflower Mash.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Broccoli 2 medium heads
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 ounces Butter

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to the boil.
  • Cut the broccoli into evenly sized florets.
  • Gently add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
  • Drain the broccoli and return it to the warm pot, add the butter, salt and pepper.
  • Blend the broccoli with a stick blender until there are no lumps.
  • Adjust the seasoning and enjoy!
