These Keto Coconut Fat Bombs are quick and easy to make and keep for when you need a sweet snack in a hurry! They are sugar-free, dairy-free and very tasty!
Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan and melt over low heat. Once the ingredients have melted, remove from the heat and whisk until combined (the coconut oil will split to start with so just keep whisking and it will eventually come together).
Pour the mixture into silicone molds and freeze for 1-2 hours, until frozen solid. Our molds hold approximately 1 tablespoon per serve.
Remove the fat bombs from the molds and enjoy!
