Cut the broccoli into small florets and the stalk into small pieces. Ensuring that you trim off any brown edges from the stalk.
1.2 pounds Broccoli
Place the broccoli into your food processor and blend until it resembles the texture of rice. You may need to do this in a couple of batches to avoid overloading your food processor.
Place a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter, then the broccoli rice, once the butter has melted.
2 tablespoons Salted Butter
Season with salt and pepper.
½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon Pepper
Saute, stirring often, for about 5-7 minutes, until the broccoli has softened and is cooked through.
