Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.
Place the beans, radishes, oil, garlic, and half the ranch spice mix into a mixing bowl, with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the mixture onto a large sheet pan. Spread out leaving spaces for pork chops.
Place the pork chops into the spaces and sprinkle with the remaining ranch spice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Roast for 15-20 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through, then broil/grill for 2-3 minutes until browned.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
