Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

MCT Powder

Instructions
Prepare an 8in square pan by lining with parchment paper, set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, heavy cream, MCT powder, and maple syrup. Mix well.
Add the almonds and chocolate chips and mix in.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out.
Place the blueberries on top and gently press into the yogurt mixture.
Place in the freezer for 3 hours, or until frozen solid.
Cut into 12 bars and enjoy immediately or store in the freezer until needed.
