Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, coconut, and sweetener. Mix together.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the extra coconut, and mix into a thick dough.
Take tablespoon-sized pieces of dough and roll into balls.
Roll each of the balls through the extra coconut and place onto a cookie sheet.
Place in the fridge for 15 minutes before enjoying!
