Instructions
Place all ingredients, except the cream, into your slow cooker.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Remove the pork from the soup and shred. Set aside.
Blend the soup with an immersion blender, until smooth.
Stir through cream and shredded pork. Taste and add extra salt and pepper, if needed.
Serve immediately.
