Green Beans

Olive Oil

tablespoons
Butter

cloves
Garlic
thinly sliced

Salt Flakes

Slivered Almonds
Instructions
Boil the beans for 5 minutes until tender and drain well.
Place a non-stick frying pan over high heat and add the oil, butter, garlic and salt.
Saute the garlic and salt for 3 minutes then add the almonds. Saute until the almonds are browned.
Mix through the green beans and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
