Instructions
Place the cream, butter, powdered sweetener, and vanilla into a small saucepan over medium heat and heat until it starts to simmer.
Add the chocolate to a heatproof bowl.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.
Chill for 1 hour or until the chocolate is firm enough to roll.
Roll tablespoon sized balls of the mixture and dust with cocoa powder.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge until needed.
