- 3 x 5 ounce tins of Tuna in Olive Oil, drained
- 6 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Chives, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon of Pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 8 Baby Romaine Lettuce Leaves

- Add all ingredients except the lettuce leaves into a mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Split the mixture amounts the lettuce leaves and enjoy.
