
Our easy to make Keto Marinara Sauce recipe is a great low-carb base for pizza, pasta or as tasty addition to meat and vegetables.
This Keto Marinara Sauce has none of the sugar, additives, and thickeners you’ll find in store-bought versions. But this low carb marinara sauce has heaps of flavor.
We dip our Cauliflower Tots in it, top our Chicken Parmigiana with it, and toss our vegetables in it. It’s one versatile keto tomato sauce. We even use our keto marina sauce as an ingredient for our Keto frypan pizza recipe.
Keto Marinara Sauce Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1 clove of Garlic, finely grated
- 2 teaspoons of Onion Flakes
- 2 teaspoons of Fresh Thyme, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of Fresh Oregano, finely chopped
- 24 ounces of Tomato Puree
- 2 teaspoons of Erythritol, granulated
- 1 teaspoon of Pepper, ground
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
How To Make Keto Marinara Sauce

- In a saucepan, place the oil, garlic, onion flakes, thyme, and oregano. Saute over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree and stir well.
- Add the erythritol, pepper, salt, and red wine vinegar and bring to a simmer.
- Turn off the heat and stir through the parsley.
- Cool the sauce and store in an airtight jar in the fridge.

The low carb marinara sauce will keep in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks – if it lasts that long, or frozen for up to 3 months.
