These delicious chunks of fudge are the perfect keto snack or after-dinner treat. They’re so rich in flavor that you’ll only need one square to satisfy your chocolate cravings.

This Low Carb Chocolate Fudge recipe makes 12 servings. 1 serving is 1 square of fudge and has 1g net carbs.

How to Make Keto Chocolate Fudge

  1. Place the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the monk fruit and vanilla and heat until dissolved.
  3. Add the chocolate to the cream while whisking until the chocolate is about 60% melted.
  4. Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter until the chocolate melts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined heatproof dish and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
  6. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.

Unit Conversion

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Powdered natural sweetener
  • 4.5 ounces 90% Cocoa Chocolate chopped (you can use any 90% cocoa chocolate)
  • 2 ounces Unsalted Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Place the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
    1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • Add the monk fruit and vanilla and heat until dissolved.
    1/2 cup Monk Fruit, 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • Add the chocolate to the cream while whisking, until the chocolate is about 60% melted.
    4.5 ounces 90% Cocoa Chocolate
  • Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter, until the chocolate has completely melted.
    2 ounces Unsalted Butter
  • Pour the mixture into a lined heatproof dish and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
  • Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.

Notes

 
STORING: store keto fudge in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
