This keto noodles recipe makes two servings. 1 serving is half the recipe and has 5g net carbs.

Store leftover Keto Singapore Noodles in the fridge for up to 4 days. We don’t recommend freezing, as the shirataki noodles don’t like it.

    • Hi PH,

I honestly have no idea! They are sold at all our supermarkets and also specialty Asian stores in Australia. You might like to try searching online or join some local keto groups on Facebook for your area and ask there.

This recipe is utterly fantastic, I’m making it for the second time this week, for dinner tonight for my bf and myself. I don’t add the celery as I’m not a fan, but I do add some sliced mushrooms instead along with some chili peppers to heat things up a bit. I really love this recipe, thank you so much for posting it. Flavourful recipes like this one make Keto so easy to stick to, I don’t have to miss Noodles anymore!!!!!

This is delicious! This was my first time trying konjac noodles and I’m hooked. I doubled the recipe for my weekly meal prep. I couldn’t find sugar free sweet soy sauce so I did add a little stevia to my regular soy sauce.

  4. Hey quick question! The nutritional value at the bottom would be for half the batch as the batch makes 2 serving right?
