We make this crispy keto frying pan pizza recipe all the time. We’ve tried fathead pizza, but it’s tedious and isn’t like real pizza dough, so we leave it out altogether for a better experience!

This delicious Keto cheese crust frying pan pizza is as crunchy as the thinnest crust pizzas you can buy. Easy, fast, and very low-carb.

Our all-cheese base will be a hit with everyone, especially those who love thin, crispy-crust pizza.

You could make 3 or 4 different Keto frypan pizzas easily in under half an hour and feed everyone.

This keto frypan pizza recipe is fast and easy to make in under 15 minutes, with a few ingredients for the base and whatever toppings you like (low-carb, of course).

Our Low Carb Pizza recipe makes four servings. One serving is two slices of pizza.

Leftover Keto Pizza can be stored in the fridge for three days. Enjoy cold or reheat in a non-stick pan over low heat until warm and crispy.

  1. Place the pepperoni and mushrooms on a lined cookie sheet and broil/grill for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place a 12-inch non-stick frying pan over high heat (we do not recommend making this without a non-stick pan).
  3. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pan, then sprinkle over the cheddar. With a silicon spatula, work the cheese off the edges of the pan.
  4. Sprinkle over the oregano.
  5. Spread the marinara sauce around the melting cheese. Try not to work it down into the cheese but rather over it.
  6. Add the pepperoni and mushrooms.
  7. Work your spatula around the edges to keep the base lifted and free from the pan, checking underneath as you go.
  8. Your keto frypan pizza is ready when the base is golden brown and crispy and begins to lift as one piece.
  9. Carefully slide the pizza onto a chopping board or cutting surface and cut it into eight equal pieces.
  10. Serve and enjoy.

I have an 8″ pan and 12″ pan. would I need to increase the ingredients for the larger pan. AND they are not non-stick, so a light touch of oil maybe?

    • Hi Karen,

We used a 12″ pan in the video, so no need to increase the ingredients. I don’t recommend using a pan that isn’t non-stick, regardless of the amount of oil added, the cheese tends to stick quite badly.

Tried this at home with my smallest frying pan. I just measured everything by eye and it turned out amazing. I was very pleased with how it had a solid crust. Pizza is now back on the menu. Thanks for such a great recipe!

  4. Do you grease the pan or is there enough fat in the cheese that it won’t stick?

    • great recipe, but mine sticks to pan, even with spray…so i make mine in oven, which I usually do, on parchment paper…it comes out very crispy and delish

      • Hi Milla,

Do you put your nonstick pan in the dishwasher? That can really affect the nonstick coating and cause food to stick!
