  • 1 ½ cup of Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder½ teaspoon of Salt
  • ⅓ cup of Sour Cream
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 2 large Eggs

How to Make Keto Dinner Rolls

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/390F. Grease 6 holes in a square muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix.
  3. Add the sour cream, butter, and eggs to a thick batter.
  4. Spoon the batter evenly between the six holes.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the buns spring back when touched.
  6. Leave to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely.
