This Keto Creamed Spinach is a quick and easy side dish that goes perfectly with grilled steak or as a dish on its own. Spinach is loaded with potassium and is excellent for getting those essential electrolytes.

If your spinach releases much water when sauteeing, we suggest draining it off before adding the butter and cream.

  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces of Baby Spinach
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • ¼ cup of Heavy Cream
  • ⅓ cup of Parmesan Cheese shredded

How to Make Keto Creamed Spinach

How to make Keto Creamed Spinach
  1. Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add the olive oil and allow it to heat up.
  3. Add the spinach, salt, and pepper, and saute until wilted, then add the butter and cream.
  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes, until the cream has thickened, then add the parmesan.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Serve immediately.
