  • ½ teaspoon of Psyllium Husk Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Salted Butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg

  1. In a small bowl, add the dry ingredients, followed by the butter and egg. Mix well.
  2. Grease a microwave-safe ramekin, mug, or small bowl, and add the batter.
  3. Microwave for 80-100 seconds until the bread is cooked through.
  4. Carefully tip the bread onto a cutting board and slice it in half.
  5. Enjoy as-is or toast before enjoying.
