This keto burger recipe is the best alternative to a Big Mac that you will find it is very low carb with just 4g net carbs for the entire burger. We use our Low Carb Special Sauce on a sesame seed Keto Burger Bun.

This Big Keto Burger recipe makes 4 serves. 1 serving is 1 burger and has 4g net carbs.

This recipe makes 4 standard-sized burgers. If you want to make the burgers as pictured the recipe, minus 1 burger bun, will make 2 burgers.

We recommend making your Big Keto Burgers fresh. The burger ingredients can be stored separately for up to 2 days.

Big Keto Burger Ingredients
  • 7 ounces of Ground Beef
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil
  • 4 Keto Burger Buns
  • 4 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of onion, finely diced
  • 1 Dill Pickle, sliced
  • ½ cup of Lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup of Keto Burger Sauce

How to Make Big Keto Burgers

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Split the meat into 4 balls and press each ball into a burger patty. We use a burger press to make perfect burgers every time.
  3. Place a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, add the oil and saute the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked to your preferred doneness.
  4. Split the burger buns in half, top the bottom pieces with a slice of cheese, followed by a burger, onion, pickles, burger sauce, and lettuce, then the top bun.
  5. Serve immediately.
