Ingredients for your Low Carb Cheese Chips:

  • 3 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pinch of Paprika

Instructions For Making Your Low Carb Cheese Chips:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
  2. Cut the cheese slices into quarters and layer on a lined cookie sheet. Ensure they have plenty of space as they will spread.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese slices with the paprika.
  4. Bake in the oven for 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Lay on a paper towel for 2 minutes to cool and soak up excess oil. Enjoy on their own or smothered with dip.
